What Empacer is
Empacer is an AI business assistant for small and medium business owners. You tell it what you need by voice or text, and it prepares the work: posts and captions, replies to customers and suppliers, plans for the week, and documents. It works from what you tell it about your business, so the drafts reflect your services, your tone, and your rules.
Empacer is an AI system, not a person, and it doesn't give legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. It prepares everyday business work, and the decisions stay with you.
How a request turns into a draft
You give a task
Tap the voice button and say what you need, or type it. You can attach a photo or a file when the task needs it.
Empacer uses what it knows
It keeps what it learns about your business in About you: your services, prices, tone, and rules. When it has to guess something, it marks the fact as a guess.
Empacer prepares a draft
The result arrives as a card with the finished post, reply, or document.
You decide
Edit a line, tell Empacer what to fix, decline the draft, or approve it.
The more accurate your About you facts are, the fewer edits a draft needs. You can see each fact and where it came from, and update any of them.
Who decides what goes out
You stay in charge of everything that leaves the app. By default, before Empacer sends an email, publishes a post, or takes another action outside the app, it shows you the work first, so you can approve it, make a quick edit, or decline it.
Empacer reaches your other tools, such as Gmail, Google Calendar, or Instagram, only after you connect them, and it asks to connect a tool only when a task needs it. Before you agree, you see what access is requested. Available actions depend on the tool, your account, and the permissions you grant. You can manage your connections at any time in Connections or in the connected service's own settings.

Empacer writes from your request and from what it keeps in About you. The more context it has, the closer the first draft comes to what you had in mind.
Three habits that make drafts better:
Add one specific detail to each request, such as the service, the day, or the customer's question.
Keep About you up to date. Fix a fact there once, and every next draft uses it.
Glance at names, dates, times, and numbers before you approve.
Like any AI tool, Empacer may not match exactly what you had in mind on the first try. A small edit usually takes the draft the rest of the way, which is why drafts come to you for review first.
What Empacer won't create
Empacer has content rules that apply to every request, and it declines requests that fall outside them. For example, it doesn't create identity documents, passports, or other government-issued IDs, doesn't create currency, and doesn't create photorealistic images of real, identifiable people, including public figures. These rules apply to everyone and can't be switched off in settings.

Renewals
Empacer is a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel, so your assistant keeps working without a break. Past payments are in Profile, then Settings, then Payment History.
Your plan and payments
Manage your plan in Profile, then Settings, then Manage Subscription, or in your Google Play account if you subscribed there. Questions about your account go to support@empacer.com, and the support team looks at each request individually. Step-by-step help
Your data
Empacer uses the business details and content you provide to understand your requests and prepare the work. Data from your connected apps is used to work on the tasks you give it.
Empacer doesn't use your chats or business data to train its own AI models, and the AI providers it's built on don't use your data to train theirs.
Empacer doesn't give data from your connected apps to advertisers.

Posting AI-assisted content
Some platforms ask you to label posts or images made with AI. Before you publish a post that Empacer helped write, check the rules of the platform you're posting to, and add a label where they ask for one.

Is Empacer legit?

Is Empacer safe to use?
Empacer connects to your tools only when a task needs them and shows what access is requested. Your chats and business data aren't used to train AI models. Details are on the Security page.
How does Empacer subscription billing work?
You see the offer, billing period, and renewal terms before you pay. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and past payments are listed in Payment History.
Can Empacer send messages without my approval?
By default, no. Each message or post comes to you first to approve, decline, or edit.
Does Empacer train AI on my data?
