How much does Empacer cost?
The price depends on the offer available to you. Before you pay, you see the exact amount, the billing period and the renewal price.
Is there a free trial or a free version of Empacer?
No. Empacer is a paid subscription. Instead of a trial, you get the full product right away: as soon as onboarding is done, Empacer prepares your first tasks, so you could see what it does for your business. The price and terms are shown before you pay, and you can cancel any time.
What's included in an Empacer subscription?
The voice assistant, tasks like posts, customer replies and files, business memory, connections to the tools you use, notifications and product updates.
How is Empacer different from hiring a virtual assistant?
Empacer is on your phone whenever a task comes up. It keeps your business details on hand and prepares posts, customer replies and documents for you to review. You decide what gets sent.
How do I cancel my Empacer subscription?
If you subscribed on our website, cancel from your profile. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of that period, and deleting the app doesn't cancel your subscription.
Can I get a refund or help with a charge?
For website purchases, refunds are given at our discretion. To create a request, write to support@empacer.com and we'll find the best solution together. A subscription period that has already ended can't be refunded unless the law says otherwise. See the Subscription Terms.
