How to log in to Empacer
Open the Empacer web app
Go to app.empacer.com in any browser on a computer, phone, or tablet, or open the Android app.
Enter your email and password
Use the email address you used when you signed up.
Start on the Home screen
Tap the voice button and say what you need, or type in the Ask anything field.
Forgot your password?
Only the most recent code works. If the code doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or Promotions folder.
Choose Reset password on the login page.
Enter the email address you used for registration.
Check your inbox for a 6-digit code.
Enter the code and set a new password.
Can't log in?
"Seems like you have not registered yet"
Your account hasn't been created yet. Find the email titled "Complete your registration at Empacer" and click Create account. If it isn't in your inbox, check spam.
"Seems like you have already registered"
This email address already has an account. Go back to the login page and use Forgot password if you don't remember your password.
You don't remember which email you used
Write to support@empacer.com with the receipt, the payment date and amount, the last 4 digits of the card, and the name of the bank.
The page doesn't load
Refresh the page, check your connection, and try another browser. If it still doesn't work, write to support@empacer.com with a screenshot of what you see.

Review the offer shown to you and complete your payment.
Open the email titled "Complete your registration at Empacer" and click Create account.
Set your password, then log in at app.empacer.com.

- Never send your password or your full card number to support. The team doesn't need them to find your account.
- To change the email on your account, open Profile, then Settings, and choose Change email.

Where do I log in to Empacer?
Open app.empacer.com in any browser and enter the email and password for your account. On Android, you can also log in in the app from Google Play.
How do I sign up for Empacer?
Click Get started, choose your plan, and complete your payment. Then open the email titled "Complete your registration at Empacer", click Create account, and set your password. After that, log in at app.empacer.com.
Why can't I log in after paying?
Your account may not be created yet. Look for the email titled "Complete your registration at Empacer" and click Create account. If you can't find it, write to support@empacer.com from the address you used at checkout.
How do I reset my Empacer password?
Choose Reset password, enter your email, type the 6-digit code from your inbox, and set a new password. Only the latest code works.
Can I log in to Empacer on my phone?
Yes. Use the Android app from Google Play, or open app.empacer.com in your phone's browser. An iOS app is coming soon.
How do I change the email on my account?
Open Profile, then Settings, and choose Change email. If you can't log in, write to support@empacer.com.
What should I do after I log in for the first time?
Answer a few short questions in About you so Empacer knows your services, prices, and tone. Then give your first task by voice or text, such as a post or a reply to a customer.
