Does Empacer answer calls from my customers?
No. Voice is how you give Empacer a task. Empacer works for you, the owner, and doesn't take calls from your customers.
How is Empacer different from a general AI chat?
Empacer remembers your business and finishes the task. It prepares work with your services, prices and tone, and sends it through the tools you connect once you approve.
How does Empacer use my business details?
It asks a few questions at the start and keeps what it learns in About you, with guesses marked so you can correct them. When a detail is missing, like a price, Empacer asks you instead of making up an answer.
