Is Empacer safe to use for my business?
Empacer is built so you stay in control. You choose which accounts to connect, review the work before it goes out, and can correct or delete what Empacer knows about your business. Data in Empacer's systems is protected.
Does Empacer use my data to train AI?
No. Empacer doesn't use your chats or business data to train its own AI models, and the AI providers it's built on don't use your data to train theirs.
What data does Empacer collect?
The business details you share, what you ask for by voice or text, the files and messages you add, and access to the accounts you connect. Empacer uses this to understand your requests and prepare the work. Read the Privacy Policy.
Does Empacer keep recordings of my voice?
No. Empacer turns what you say into text to work on your request and doesn't keep the audio.
Is it safe to connect Gmail or Instagram to Empacer?
You connect one account at a time and see what access is requested before you agree. Available actions depend on the service and the permissions you grant. Before Empacer sends an email, publishes a post or takes any other action outside the app, it shows you the work to approve, decline or edit. You can disconnect an account anytime in Empacer's settings or in the connected service's own settings.
Can I correct what Empacer remembers about my business?
Yes. You can always correct or delete anything that's wrong.
Does Empacer sell my data or share it with advertisers?
Empacer doesn't give the content of your chats, your business data or data from your connected apps to advertisers. Details about cookies and your privacy choices are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my Empacer account and data?
You can delete your account in Settings. Empacer then deletes the associated data from its active systems within 30 days. To access, correct or export your data, write to privacy@empacer.com.
